• Bar inventory management and cost analysis
• Digital reports and recommendations for kitchen optimization
You agree to:

• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Not reverse engineer or attempt to extract proprietary algorithms
• Pay applicable fees for premium services
Our KIM platform analyzes uploaded kitchen photos to provide operational insights. You acknowledge that:
• Analysis is based on visual assessment and may not capture all operational aspects
• Recommendations are advisory and do not guarantee specific outcomes
• You are responsible for implementing food safety and health code compliance
• Photos are processed temporarily and deleted according to our data retention policy
For paid services:
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscription fees are billed in advance
• Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
• You are responsible for keeping payment information current
Chef's Twist owns all rights to:
• KIM technology and algorithms
• Website content, design, and functionality
• Educational materials and methodologies
• Trademarks and service marks
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee:

• Specific operational improvements or cost savings
• Compliance with all local health codes or regulations
• Uninterrupted service availability
Chef's Twist shall not be liable for:
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

Either party may terminate service access with reasonable notice. Upon termination:
• Access to paid features will cease
• Data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy
• Outstanding obligations remain in effect
These terms are governed by the laws of Nevada, United States. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.
