The Chef's Twist was founded by Chef Andrew Collins in Las Vegas, NV. With more than 20 years of hospitality leadership, Chef Andrew brings a professional culinary authority rooted in real kitchen background — not a food blog.

He's a systems thinker who translates professional kitchen discipline into accessible education: calm authority, no gimmicks — the opposite of trend-chasing influencer content. That perspective is the foundation of everything the company builds.

Raised around food.

Long before the white coats and the Las Vegas dining rooms, there was a kid who loved being around food and family. The Chef's Twist starts here — with the belief that cooking is something everyone deserves to grow up with.

Formal Culinary Training

Earning the fundamentals.

Chef Andrew earned his formal culinary training at Le Cordon Bleu, turning a lifelong love of food into professional discipline — knife skills, fundamentals, and the standards that still define how he works today.
